How we use your details.
What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and delivery area, and — if you give them — your email address and coupon code. We also record the browser and page you ordered from, to help us spot problems and spam.
Why we collect it
Only to process your order: to call you to confirm it, to deliver your parcel and collect payment on delivery, and to contact you about that order.
Who we share it with
Your name, phone number and address are shared with our courier so they can deliver your parcel. If you give an email address, it is passed to our email provider to send you messages about your order. Orders are stored with our database provider. We do not sell your details.
Advertising measurement
This site uses the Meta Pixel, which lets Meta record visits to these pages so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. Meta may set cookies and receive information from your browser under its own privacy policy. You can limit this in your Facebook ad settings or by blocking third-party cookies.
